During a congressional proceeding, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan recognized Rep. Andy Biggs of Arizona to offer a series of unanimous consent requests tied to newly surfaced allegations and documents concerning Jeffrey Epstein and several Democratic officials.
The exchange began when Jordan yielded the floor.
“Gentleman yields back. We’ll recognize jump for Arizona, for unanimous consent,” Jordan said.

Biggs responded, “Thank you. Mr. Chairman, I have a number of UCs.”
Jordan replied, “Gentleman, can proceed.”
Biggs then introduced a sequence of statements for unanimous consent, beginning with a claim involving President Donald Trump and Epstein.
“Thank You. Bombshell new docs show Trump called police about Epstein in 2006.”

Jordan responded, “Without objection.”
Biggs continued with additional claims referencing the Biden administration and Rep. Stacey Plaskett.
“Plaskett defends Biden administration decision not to release Epstein files.”
Jordan again replied, “Without objection.”
Biggs followed up with a question regarding the handling of those files.
“Why weren’t they released during the Biden administration?”
Jordan responded, “Without objection.”
Biggs then referenced text communications allegedly involving Plaskett.
“House Democrat Stacy Plaskett exchanged texts with Epstein during 2019 congressional hearing.”
Jordan answered, “Without objection.”
Biggs proceeded to cite a ruling involving a New York judge.
“New York judge allows Epstein victims’ claims against Plaskett to proceed.”

Jordan responded, “Without objection.”
The Arizona congressman then shifted to allegations involving House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries.
“Hakeem Jeffries solicited funding from Epstein in 2013 after financier was convicted child sex offender.”
Jordan replied, “Without objection.”
Biggs added another statement referencing an invitation.
“Jeffrey Epstein was invited to Dem fundraising dinner and to get to know Hakeem Jeffries by firm working with Brooklyn’s Barak.”
Jordan responded, “Without objection.”
Biggs then referenced an email.
“An email from Leslie Groff to Jeffrey Epstein, uh, concerning Hakeem Jeffries-”
Jordan began to respond, saying, “Without-”
Biggs continued, “fundraising. Uh, Epstein file says Biden was replaced in 2019, question mark?”
Jordan concluded, “Without objection.”
